All returns must be postmarked within (5) 5 days of the item(s) purchased delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at with a brief description of the reason for your return. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number. place the item(s) securely in its original packing and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the from the delivery of your item(s) to process your return.  We will notify you by email when your return has processed.

Under Garment, and bathing suits
Used, and or damage items that are not if its original conditions.
Items listed as FINAL SALE

We will only issue a refund or exchange for items that are not used, and or damage. The item(s) must be in original conditions. unwashed, unstained.

Born Pretty Apparel is not responsible for items that are missing, damaged or packages lost in return transit. You can contact the shipping carrier to process a claim.

Original shipping fee and insurance is non-refundable for any returns or exchanges.

You have five (5) days after delivery to consider return or exchange, once over the limit date we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 Items marked as “No returns or exchanges” in order details are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable.
